If CSV exports are failing or producing unexpected data, work through this diagnostic.
Export Not Starting
- Exports over 10,000 rows are processed asynchronously — you receive an email with a download link when ready (up to 30 minutes)
- Check Settings → Export History for the status of recent exports
- If status shows "Failed", note the error message and retry. If it fails again, try exporting a smaller subset and contact support.
Export Missing Data
Verify your filters — exported data reflects exactly the filters applied when you initiated the export. A filter that limits by date range or status will exclude contacts that don't match, even if you expected them to be included.
CRM Push Failing
CRM push failures appear in Settings → Integrations → [Your CRM] → Push Log. Common causes:
- Required CRM field not mapped — add the field mapping and re-push
- CRM record is locked or read-only — check CRM-side permissions
- CRM rate limit hit — enable "throttled push" mode in integration settings
